1. Negroni



History:
The Negroni was created in the 1920s by Count Camillo Negroni in Florence, Italy.

Recipe:
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- Orange twist, for garnish

Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

2. Martini


History:
The Martini was created in the late 19th century by Jerry Thomas, an American bartender.

Recipe:
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
